Our associate companies include Momsha in Textile retailing, Mr. Arvind M. Shah and Mr. Shirish V. Shah in Investments and Financial Advisory. The founding team of Vriddhi Realty entered into the construction sector with a venture called Sanskriti Skyscrapers Pvt. Ltd. and then incorporated Vriddhi Realty LLP in 2014.

“I am very pleased, happy and satisfied with VriddhiRealty. I got my dream home in 2016. The process started in Jan and we got the possession in the month of September. They are very disciplined in terms of documentation. On first day of the visit they provided all the documentation related to the scheme. They are very transparent in terms of documentation and pricing. They are very co-operative. Especially the communication has been very good so far. The property location was amazing. The plan, design and the layout of the building is awesome. The work was fully completed when we got the possession. They also helped us re-painting the wall in the hall as the paint was little damaged at the time of shifting. Also, they are flexible for additional work in the property. The quality and finish of the overall work is fantastic. The external painting and the design are wonderful. The lights in the landings are good. My search for quality home with all good specification was going on for quite some longer time. I was very choosey about the specification since I have experience of "Procurement" and "Quality" at various positions in MNC's. When I came across "Sanskriti Skyscrapers" scheme and saw details, within a few hours we booked flat at the time of launch of the scheme. Initially I thought the builder is very tough on negotiations, but looking at the scheme and plans, I was very confident about the outcome. We got possession on time as per commitment and the construction quality which I use to see after every stage during construction work, was satisfactory. Full marks to professionalism of handling responses, replies, documentation and materials used for construction During construction time, I had invited one of my architect friend to comment on quality of structural work, he affirmed and also congratulated me for getting good deal with great quality All promises are fulfilled on time and even after completion of building, extra work done without trouble. This is now 2 and half years passed seeing three rainy seasons, there is no leakage , no rain enters inside and overall appearance of the building is intact. I am very happy and enjoying stay in my apartment since there is enough air circulation, good lights , well planned water system, trouble free lift etc. The entrance gates provided were very heavy duty, in fact after two years we requested Mr. Amol Shah about the gates and he immediately deputed his team and made gate lighter without charging us a single rupees.
