Our analysis of a particular piece of land is based on its location, size, and title. Typically, once the deal is finalized, a newspaper notice is given 15 days before to see if any objections are received. We verify all property-related documents in about a month, if possible.
The most suitable project for the type and location of the land is planned. We take all aspects into consideration - width of the road adjoining the property, road widening, and FSI available. We consume the available FSI in a way as to derive the optimum value of the property as well as the upcoming project.
We take care of all formalities related to the search title report, private survey, government demarcation, B form area, land acquisition opinion, etc.
